Now, I've always considered myself a nut hater. I've never eaten them. However, I'm trying to eat healthier and cut out all the sugary snacks I eat throughout the day. The seasonings these have on them sounded nice, so I thought I might still enjoy them. This is a taster box and you get 2x packs of each of the 4 flavours. They each contain a mix of seeds and nuts, though there are usually more seeds. I am so pleasantly surprised to say these tasted so good! My favourite is smoky BBQ, though I also really liked orange and maple. The flavours are excellent. The snack size bag is perfect to just fill you up in between meals. I find it really satiates me and I feel good about it knowing I'm not filling up on sugar. 5/5 absolutely loved this product and would definitely order again!

These are...were yummy. So much so I demolished the lot in a couple days. I'm going to be honest, I didn't notice anything different with my gut but on the other side of the coin, it didn't make anything worse either, just satisfied with a nice healthy snack. The only downside is at 25g there isn't very much in the pack, but that's me being greedy as nutrition wise there technically is. I had the chilli flavour, I love chilli everything and this was no different, they wasn't hot however and it wasn't a sweet chilli. At 14.99 I don't know what to make of the price. Nuts are expensive generally, and these give you over two weeks worth if you're going down the route of putting them in a lunchbox each day which is a nice healthy treat to actually look forward to, but perhaps they're a bit expensive for some people, but if they are within your means I can recommend them!

You get 16 snack sized packs in this product. They contain a mixed of cashews, almonds, sunflower hearts and pumpkins seeds, all delightfully roasted and coated in the flavouring. A delicious snack to add to a lunchbox and I am happy to recommend it.

Each pack provides 139 calories and 5.1g of protein per 25g packet which is a very good ratio when trying to increase your protein intake. The use by date is very good on this box: March 2024 The nuts and seeds did not have an overly strong flavour of chilli, but I found them to have a very pleasant taste and they have a nice crunch to them. Happy to recommend.
