An excellent set of capsules, works very well. Very easy to swallow with some water, have not had any bad experiences with this so far! Great tablet size, does not smell or anything. An amazing alternative to sea moss gel, many people gag on it or are unable to have it that way due to the taste for example. So this is just as good if anything, and much easier to have! Cheap and cheerful, will take some time for the results to be seen, but is working really well so far.
