NOW Sunflower Lecithin Powder is soy free and non-GMO.
Liquid Sunflower Lecithin
Shake well before using. Blend 1 tablespoon into milk, protein shakes or vegetable juice. May also be used in salad dressings/sauces (as an emulsifier of fats) or as a non-stick coating on pots and pans.

We use this as a natural lipid ingredient. Very happy we switched to the liquid form. I had to do a math conversion in order to make the concentration the same for my needs as when I was utilizing the powder, but I knew that would be necessary. Messy, but I knew that would be the case, as well. Very satisfied I switched!

It seems to be a good product. I've tried dry lecithin before to use as an emulsifier for cannabutter, however this liquid version is so much better. I used liquid lecithin for making mct oil infusions and it came out great! Now I can prepare for with infused oil and butter without separating in my cooking. Just what was needed. I'm pleased with my purchase.

A gift for a bread maker.

Recipient loved this product. She could no longer eat soy products, but wanted to start making bread again. Recipient stated adding a little to her bread dough made the baked bread very moist.
