使用して今までのベンチプレスMAX1回の記録からプラス3キロくらい上げれるようになりました。 手首の怪我の心配もなくとても良いです。
日常のトレーニングでスクワット（140−160kg）やベンチプレスで薄手のリストバンドの上に着用しています。手首の保護として適度な厚みと硬さがあり、高重量を支える安定感があり、毎回使用しています。リストバンドの上からでも、十分な長さで、汗をかいてもリストバンドだけ洗えば良いので、汚れも気になりにくいです。トレーニングで手首を痛めたことがあり、もっと早くから使用すべきでした。
良い商品だと知人から聞き、今回購入し使用しましたが、ホールド感が抜群で、昔の物より改良されているのか、緩みがほぼない(ラバー素材のようなものが付いてる？)のでトレーニング時にフル活用ささて頂いてます！
伸縮性もマジックテープでとめるところも最高です。
トレ歴10年程です。主に高重量トレを好んでおります。 リストラップやストラップは消耗品なので今までも何本も使用してきましたが、当方はこのSchiekのリストラップが一番シックリ来ています。特にこの青のリストラップは固めなのでとても使いやすいです。 以前柔らかめのも使用していたのですが、当方は固定をバチッとしてくれる物の方がいいので気に入っています。 使用して半年程ですが、ほつれは少しありますがまだまだバッチリのホールド感です。 初心者の方もリストラップは怪我の"予防"になるので出来たら使用して欲しいなと思います。 手首の怪我は一度やると完治まで大変時間が掛かるので、柔らかめでも硬めでも、他メーカーでもいいので使用をオススメします
